The US PeaceKeeper Dump pouch is designed to be worn on your belt. Originally developed to hold empty magazines or partially loaded magazines, they are also used to hold spent shells or cartridges.  Additional applications would include holding variety of tools or gear to free your hands and/or pocket space.  When not in use, it can be rolled compactly and secured with the hook and loop closure for storage.
