This product contains Tactical Sound Control™ Technology. TSC™ is a level-dependent technology that uses omni-directional microphones to allow safe sounds to actively pass through the product while blocking harmful gunshot noise.TSC™ amplifies environmental sounds, detecting hard-to-notice environmental sounds.

INSTINCT uses TSC™ to limit noises. For quick impact and sustaining noises, INSTINCT takes the sound and limits the volume to your earbud. After the environment returns to a safe listening level, TSC™ will continue amplifying the sounds around you.
