Our lightest option for the Rebel series, the sheep port consists of a Rem. 700- style port, but with a flat on the side of the action that reduces weight while improving the -attractiveness of the action. The Rebel with sheep port makes a great lightweight hunting rifle action.
The Defiance Rebel XM action with a .550 bolt face is a specialized medium-length action that requires a specific "XM" or "Medium" inlet rather than a standard Remington 700 Short Action or Long Action stock. It features Remington 700 action screw spacing but requires a longer internal magazine length (3.200"–3.300").
