  • 1 front sling stud and 1 rear sling stud
  • 13.625 length of pull
  • 31-inch overall stock length
  • Approximately 2.0 lbs.

  • Barrel Channel Specs: Just forward receiver is 1.275-inch and 9-inch forward of receiver is .915-inch 24-inch barrel with actual muzzle diameter of .625

SPECIAL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  • Barrel channel is inletted for the factory Ruger Magnum contour
  • Due to Ruger M77 having a broad range of tolerances we have special instructions for installing this rifle stock. The #1055 Bell and Carlson rifle stock has been designed as a "drop in" replacement rifle stock, however bedding may be required
  • Action Torque Values
    • Install all screws and leave loose
    • #1 tighten front screw to 95 INCH POUNDS
    • #2 tighten rear triggergaurd screw to 30 INCH POUNDS while pushing back on triggerguard
    • #3 tighten front triggergaurd screw (middle screw) with little to no torque, just enough not to loosen up
  • Check to ensure barrel channel is setting centered in the stock. If it is not, loosen all screws and start over with the #1 screw at 20 INCH POUNDS followed by #2 and #3 as stated above
  • Check to ensure barrel channel is setting centered in the stock. If it is setting centered at 20 INCH POUNDS but favored to the left side at 95 INCH Pounds, you will need to spot bed the recoil lug area of the stock
