Built in the USA to Henry’s world-renowned standards of quality, the Mare’s Leg is a modified variation of the Henry Big Boy Brass Side Gate and available in .44 Magnum, .357 Magnum, and .45 Colt.
Like all Henry Rifles, each Mare’s leg sports a select, handcrafted American Walnut stock cut to the exact specification of the gun used on the television series. The large loop lever and the legendary crisp Henry action make it easy to enjoy those rapid-fire repeating shots – just like Steve McQueen.
Like the full-sized rifles these pistols are based on, the Mare’s Leg features a side loading gate on its gleaming brass receiver, allowing you to keep the five-round tube magazine fully loaded on the fly. We’ve also retained our removable magazine tube, making for safe and easy unloading after a day at the range.
