Butch Searcy & Co. Dangerous Game Double Rifle in 577 Nitro Express. This rifle features a dark straight grain walnut stock and forend with shadowline cheekpiece, black recoil pad, stainless steel grip cap and forend metal, a matte stainless boxlock receiver, bushed firing pins, double triggers 15 1/2" LOP to front trigger, tang safety, and 24-1/8" blued barrels with quarter rib, express rear sight, and ramped front sight. The rifle is in excellent condition with very clean bores. The rifle was originallly built with a left handed stock. A new right hand stock was made by Butch Searcy and gun was internally inspected by him prior to importing to Canada. Includes RCBS reloading dies with regulation load information, shell holder, 18 brass once fired cases, and custom Lee factory crimp die. Rifle weighs 11 pounds, 14 ounces. The standard load of the 577 NE 750 gr at 2050 ft/s is 9500 Joules making this one of largest calibres under 10,000 Joules.
