The Barnes Varmint Grenade projectile is built one of the most popular Varmint bullets around. This solid copper option was developed for military applications and features a hollow cavity flat base design which incorporates a copper-tin powdered metal core surrounded by a guilded metal jacket. The Varmint Grenade remains intact at ultra high velocities in fast twist barrels while the core fragments violently on impact. Working at long distances the projectile will vaporize ground squirrels and prairie dogs. On larger game such as Bobcats and Coyotes this projectiles will help keep their valuable pelts undamaged.
